As you may already know, I have recently been granted the honour of being Parliamentary Candidate for the Conservative Party for Ealing-Southall (see press release here).

I would like to thank you all for your continued support. It is with your help that we together will be able to achieve the improvements needed in our community.

Part of my pledge to you, the community, is to do everything within my means to make (s) myself more visible and attainable. With this in mind, I have setup this blog: Gurcharan Singh Online. The key purposes being to:

• address the issues which concern you the most,
• capture additional concerns, views and suggestions that you may have,
• demonstrate the day-to-day efforts being expended by the Ealing Southall Conservative Association on your behalf,
• keep you all up-to-date with my activities.

Facebook is a social networking tool which I hope to use to widen the scope of direct engagement with me. I would be more than happy for you to ‘add’ me as your friend and invite me to join any groups you think will help contribute towards highlighting and solving the issues we are currently facing within our community.

My Twitter feed
Twitter is a tool which will enable me to provide you with updates on my activities. Through this I will be having a real-time conversation with any of you who decide to subscribe to my feed. I will be telling you what I am up to so you know the efforts being made towards fulfilling our promises and policies. In addition I would like to use it to bring to your attention other important information regarding our community.

My YouTube channel
I will be producing a direct video address at least once a month for each of you to view. As a YouTube user you can subscribe to my channel and be notified whenever I create a video post.

It is my intention to be the Councillor and Parliamentary Candidate that Southall deserves. However, I need your help. I will gratefully receive any feedback and positive suggestions you have.
