Recently my billboards located on Southall Broadway and in the High Street were vandalised.
It is really sad in a democracy when political opponents feel the only way they can compete is by destroying property. Clearly they cannot win votes through open debate and so have resorted to vandalism. This is not the behaviour of people worthy of political office. This is not the first time, in December 2009, my bill board on Dormers Wells Lane was stolen and in February 2010, my billboard on the High Street was ripped from the fence on which it was attached.

My message to these antisocial elements is that they will neither be able to scare me off nor silence me. I will continue to raise issue of concern to the general public. I will continue to campaign to remove them from the positions of power which they do not deserve and to bring positive changes in our area. I won't be deterred and if anything am even more galvanised than before.
