Last night, Westside FM arranged a debate between myself and the other 2 parliamentary candidates for Ealing Southall (Nigel Bakhai for the Lib Dems and Virendra Sharma for Labour). Like the many other well intentioned stations before them, Westside were snubbed by Virendra Sharma. He simply didn't turn and again, deprived constituents of the opportunity to question him on his policies (or lack thereof). It's clear to me that Sharma believes all he needs to do to win, is just turn up on the day. He would be well warned to not take the people of Ealing Southall for such fools.
